The mission of the Middle East North Africa Real Estate Society (MENARES) is to facilitate the exchange of information and improve communication between members of the real estate industry. The Society is committed to enhancing professionalism and best practices in the MENA region, and strongly encourages education in real estate as well as closely allied fields. MENARES aims to nurture a sound and supportive environment that allows for all stakeholders, including but not limited to, real estate developers, brokers, public sector employees, researchers, academics, and investors, to work together with great confidence and achieve success.
MENARES envisions a real estate industry that is resourceful in terms of research and data, deeply ethical, and committed to excellence and transparency. The Society strives to realize an industry that shares knowledge and information, allows real estate to cross borders seamlessly, and facilitates communication between all parties.
Dedicated to connecting and serving all aspects of the real estate industry in MENA and beyond, MENARES has strategically collaborated with the following multinational organizations

MENARES, while entirely independent, is a member of the International Real Estate Society (IRES). IRES is a federation of regional real estate societies which enhances as well as encourages global cooperation and communication between its members.
IRES was established in 1991 with the American Real Estate Society and the Asian Real Estate Society as its founding members. For more than a decade IRES has connected real estate societies from all four corners of the globe, excluding the MENA region. Today, IRES welcomes its newest member – one of the world's most exciting regions in terms of real estate development and growth – the Middle East & North Africa.
